Senior Advisor, Cofounder Dr. Levin cofounded The Brain Trust with CEO James Perkins while at Dartmouth. He is currently chief of the Division of Headache Medicine and director of the Headache Center at UCSF Medical Center
Senior Advisor, Cofounder Dr. Burchman cofounded The Brain Trust with CEO James Perkins while at Dartmouth. He is currently the Chief Medical Officer of Acreage Holdings.
Senior Neurolaw Advisor Niel Fick has been in the brain injury and neurolaw field since 1980 and was one of three US delegates to the First World Congress on Brain Injury. Niel joined The Brain Trust in 2015 and has developed the Neurolaw glossary on the web.
Senior Advisor Dr. Greenwald is CEO of Simbex, the national leader in concussion biometric devices. He has conducted numerous NIH extramural research projects and chaired proposal study sections for the Center for Scientific Research.
Director of Technology Justin leads the SmartResponse development team as a player/coach. His substantial software development experience in the defense industry with advanced simulations and weapons control systems brings the latest technology developments to SmartResponse.
Designer, Artistic Content Nina is a Smith College graduate with a double major of Studio Art and Neuroscience. She is currently a graduate student at Drexel University majoring in Fashion Design.
Special Education Advisor Trish managed all special education services for 200 schools in Montgomery County Maryland, one of the leading school districts in the country. She was President of the Maryland Brain Injury Association and has developed and delivered extensive teacher concussion training programs funded by the State of Maryland.
Animator Colby is a graduate of Dartmouth College majoring in Studio Art and was a T/A at Thayer School. He has worked with many animation tools and currently uses Blender for his SmartResponse work.
Scientific Advisor In conjunction with his role as Professor of Biology and Heath Sciences at New England College, Jim conducts multiple studies for NIH extramural research.
